Claremont Concert Orchestra Spring Concerts
The Joint Music Program of Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Pitzer, and Scripps Colleges presents
The Claremont Concert Orchestra.
This Spring Concert will feature performances by the orchestra and one of the winners of the Fall 2025 student concerto auditions, Helios Hong (Harvey Mudd ’29) as bassoon soloist. Works by Mozart, Shostakovich, Wallingford Riegger, and the world premier of a commission by Chicago composer Darlene Castro.
There will be two performances. An evening concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 and a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. on March 8.
Concerts will be held in Garrison Theater at the Scripps College Performing Arts Center.
